Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 888baji website, mobile progressive web application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing — you enter into a binding legal agreement with 888baji and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

888baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account, though this does not create an obligation to do so.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the following supplementary policies, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 888baji:

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use 888baji, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of 888baji, or a close family member or household member of such an employee.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 888baji or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

888baji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Responsible Age Verification

We take our obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, all players are required to submit a valid government-issued identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — confirming date of birth. Documentary evidence must be legible, unaltered, and current. Accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified will remain restricted until verification is completed.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the real-money features of 888baji — including placing wagers, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number.

One Account Policy

Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a different name, using different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 888baji reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately and without notice.
• Void all wagers placed and cancel all pending bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts.
• Forfeit any winnings generated from duplicate accounts.
• Permanently ban the individual from registering a new account on 888baji.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 888baji will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted from your account is your sole responsibility, and 888baji is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access was caused by your own failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at support@888baji so that your account can be secured without delay.

KYC Verification

888baji operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to confirm player identity, age, and source of funds where applicable. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Standard KYC documents include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash/Nagad wallet, or bank statement showing the account used for deposit).

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 888baji wallet immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed during the deposit process. 888baji does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service fees, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

888baji reserves the right to conduct additional identity and fraud checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. Withdrawals may be declined where the account is under investigation for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or pending KYC completion.

Currency & Transaction Records

All wagers, winnings, bonuses, and account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs if accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh. A full transaction history — including all deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus credits — is available within your account dashboard at all times and can be downloaded as a statement.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

888baji regularly offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the Bonus page at the time the promotion is active. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on the individual bonus offer page.
• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) towards meeting wagering requirements. Contributions by game type are listed on the Bonus page.

Bonus Abuse & Fraudulent Bonus Claiming

888baji maintains sophisticated monitoring systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same game to guarantee completion of wagering requirements (also known as "bonus arbitrage"), coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts, or any other form of irregular play designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal gambling behaviour.

Where bonus abuse is identified, 888baji reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all related winnings, and close the player's account permanently. 888baji's determination in such matters is final.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play

888baji is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated software: The use of bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, artificial intelligence assistants, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing wagers using privileged or non-public information, or participating in any scheme to fix the outcome of a sporting event.
• Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider after funds have been credited to your 888baji account. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to the relevant payment processor and law enforcement agencies.
• Money laundering: Using 888baji as a vehicle to launder funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are monitored and reported in accordance with applicable AML regulations.
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity, providing false information during registration or KYC, or accessing another player's account without authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 888baji Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, text, images, audio, and video content — is the exclusive property of 888baji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 888baji.
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• Use any 888baji trademark, logo, or brand identity in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or that disparages 888baji.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or application without express written permission.

Game content accessible through the Platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights in such content remain with the respective studio or publisher. Your use of game content is subject to the terms of those licences in addition to these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888baji, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage.
• Interruptions or unavailability of the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, network outage, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Errors or omissions in game results or displayed odds, where such errors are promptly corrected upon identification.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game guides, strategy articles, or odds explanations, which are provided for informational purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Where 888baji is found to be liable to you for any reason, the aggregate liability of 888baji shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 888baji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process it within 24 hours. Any confirmed real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

If you are closing your account because you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to consider self-exclusion rather than simple account closure. Suspension or Closure by 888baji

888baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Duplicate account creation.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed by 888baji due to a proven breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. 888baji will provide reasons for closure upon request, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions on disclosure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager). 888baji may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified prior to the application of dormancy fees. The dormancy fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Accounts with a zero balance that have been dormant for 36 months may be permanently closed.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. 888baji operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond Bangladesh.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or at support@888baji, providing full details of your complaint. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

If you are not satisfied with the outcome provided by our support team, you may escalate your complaint to our senior compliance team. Escalation requests must be submitted in writing to the same email address with the subject line "Formal Complaint Escalation". The senior compliance team will review the complaint and provide a final written determination within 14 business days of receiving the escalation.

888baji's determination on all matters relating to the interpretation of these Terms, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account decisions shall be final and binding, subject only to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 888baji with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
